The automatic regulator for Spasis available in two configurations. The basic version is the in-line model, which allows direct installation of the probe and chemical injection fittings into existing lines. A panel-mounted version with a bypass flow cell allows for probe calibration and maintenance without having to shut down the recirculation pump.

For traceability optimization, ourautomatic regulatoris equipped with a built-in data logger. Measurements are recorded every 10 seconds and a new set of recordings begins each day or when the instrument is calibrated. Stored data includes pH, ORP and temperature values, data from the last calibration, installation configuration and data from any event.

Chlorine levels are measured using the redox potential principle. An increase in the redox value correlates with an increase in the free chlorine level. pH and disinfectant measurements are performed together for more effective disinfection and control. The effectiveness of disinfectants depends on a controlled pH value.

Security
Peristaltic dosing pumps from ourautomatic regulator for spais equipped with two proportionally controlled peristaltic metering pumps with adjustable flow rates. One pump is used to meter acid, while the other is used to meter chlorine. The effectiveness of available chlorine, determined by the redox value, is inversely related to the pH value of the water. One problem that occurs with chlorine metering pumps is the formation of chlorine gas. When using a diaphragm pump, chlorine gas can build up in the pump head and cause the pump to lose its prime; chlorine gas buildup is not a problem with peristaltic pumps that use rollers and tubes.

The stored data can easily be exported to a PC via the USB port. This allows you to save data for the last 3 months and check the alert history, in order to better understand any potential issues with the disinfection of your spa.

The measurements and stored data can be accessed directly from your PC, tablet or smartphone. It is possible to manage severalAutomatic Chlorine and PH Regulator for Spasimultaneously. As your instrument measures and controls your process, measurements, trends, history, device settings, alarms, and messages are transmitted to your “Dashboard.”
